Please note that if you are unable to attend, you should cancel the scheduled appointment at least 2 business days in advance. During this time I will cancel the appointment free of charge. If the appointment is not canceled in time, I reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee. 

I cannot bill the compulsory health insurance. If you are privately insured or have a supplementary "Heilpraktiker Psychotherapie" insurance, the costs may be covered. Depending on the terms of the contract, reimbursement can be made in full, in part or up to a certain amount per year. Please clarify reimbursements directly with your private health insurance prior to treatment.  

Please note:

Even if your private health insurance reimburses part of the costs, you must first pay for the treatment privately. You can then submit the invoice to your insurance company.

As a self-pay patient, no data or diagnoses are passed on to third parties, as is the case when billing statutory or private health insurance companies. In addition, there are usually no waiting periods for the start of therapy. A referral by a physician is not necessary.
